Cancellation Policy

 

All new clients or those who have not been with us in the last 3 months are required to leave a non-refundable deposit to book their appointment. This deposit is needed to secure the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, however, if you cancel or reschedule before a 24-hour notice, the deposit is left on your account, and held until your next appointment.

 

If you cancel, reschedule, or are a no-show without a 24-hour notice, your deposit is lost, and a new deposit is required to book your next appointment.
